The Douglas Fir trees have widely been the most popular for Christmas trees in the United States since the 1920s, today being shipped to the majority of states including Hawaii, and also Guam and Asia. A Douglas fir can be identified by its soft, dark blue-green needles that radiate in all directions and its sweet fragrance (we like to describe it as a strong pine fragrance with a hint of orange). This fragrant tree is economical and a season favorite.
