1. I am booking a photography session at Wells Christmas Tree Farm with written approval.
2. I will not interfere with farm operations or customers and will respect designated session areas.
3. I am solely responsible for my clients' behavior and safety during the session.
4. I accept all fees, including cleanup fees if applicable.
5. I will remove all props and materials at the end of my session.
6. I will not bring professional Santa's during public hours without permission.
7. I understand that outdoor sessions may pose natural hazards (e.g. insects, uneven ground, animals), and I assume full responsibility for safety.
8. I understand and accept the agritourism liability disclaimer under Oklahoma law.
9. I release and hold harmless Wells Christmas Tree Farm from any liability related to injury, property loss, or disruption during my session.
