By booking and staying at Above the Pines Guest Suite at Wells Christmas Tree Farm, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I understand this is a working agritourism property, and normal farm operations may occur during my stay.
- I acknowledge inherent risks associated with rural and farm environments, including uneven terrain, equipment, weather, and agricultural activity.
- I understand the suite is located above The Pines Coffee Shop, which operates during morning and daytime hours, and that normal business noise and activity may occur.
- I understand that during Christmas tree season, the balcony and surrounding property may be open to customers beginning at 11:00 AM.
- I agree to remain within designated guest areas, follow posted signage, and supervise children at all times.
Oklahoma Agritourism Warning:
Under Oklahoma law, there is no liability for injury or death resulting from the inherent risks of agritourism activities conducted at this location. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Wells Christmas Tree Farm, The Pines Coffee Shop, and their owners, employees, and agents from claims arising from my stay, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
