Above the Pines is located on a working Christmas Tree Farm. During tree season, there is daytime activity and visitors on the property as part of normal farm operations.

During Christmas Tree season, the balcony is open to farm and coffee shop guests beginning at 11:00 AM.

The guest suite is located above The Pines Coffee Shop.

Good to Know Before You Book
A Working Farm Setting:Above the Pines is located on a working Christmas Tree Farm. During tree season, there is daytime activity and visitors on the property as part of normal farm operations.
- Christmas Tree season runs through December 20
- Evenings are quiet and peaceful once the farm closes
Balcony Access During Tree Season
During Christmas Tree season, the balcony is open to farm and coffee shop guests beginning at 11:00 AM.
- Morning hours offer a quieter, more private balcony experience
- Guests always have full private access to the suite interior
Coffee Shop Below the Suite
The guest suite is located above The Pines Coffee Shop.
- Coffee shop hours:
- Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM-1:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- You may notice light morning activity during opening hours
- Complimentary coffee and breakfast items are included on days/hours the coffee shop is open
Private Events on the Property
The building also hosts private events from time to time, including weddings and gatherings.
- Guests will always be notified in advance if an event is scheduled during their stay
- Events are planned with guest comfort and quiet hours in mind
Cancellation Policy – Above the Pines Guest Suite
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations 7+ days before check-in: full refund minus payment processing fees (non-refundable by Shopify). Cancellations within 7 days of check-in: first night + processing fees non-refundable, remaining nights refunded. No-shows or same-day cancellations: no refund. Security deposit always refunded unless damage occurs.
- OU Home Football Weekends: Due to high demand, all bookings for University of Oklahoma home football weekends are non-refundable once booked.
